Kim Crosby established CustomerClix Ltd to provide communication solutions to customer-focused businesses.

Delivered worldwide, communication in this context includes industry analyst relations (niche, for technology-related companies) and public speaking training (for anyone in any role at any level of the hierarchy working in any type of organisation).

Kim began her career working in the travel industry then changed industries, working for BAE Combat Vehicles. She subsequently worked in the Sultanate of Oman.

Since returning to the UK, Kim has led Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and worked for industry analyst companies, the Hewson Group and IDC.

Kim has a BA(Hons) from the University of Sunderland (achieved via attending night school) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College, University of London. She is also a Chartered Marketer and is a Member of the Institute of Analyst Relations.

Kim is a Member of Toastmasters International (TM), a global, not-for-profit organisation devoted to the art of public speaking and leadership. Thus she is an Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG); is a Past President of London Corinthians Toastmasters Public Speaking club; and was an award winner at the UK & Ireland Public Speaking Championships. 

In a voluntary capacity, Kim is Past Chair of Carers Action, Carers Network Westminster, a regional centre for the charity, Carers Trust (a charity that represents the needs of unpaid carers, a cause that Kim is passionate about).
