Kim Crosby, Managing Director, CustomerClix Ltd
Kim Crosby established CustomerClix to provide sensible Analyst Relations and training solutions to customer-focused businesses.
Kim began her career working in the tourism and hotel sectors then changed industries, working for Vickers Defence Systems (now BAe Land Systems), high-technology designers and manufacturers of Armoured Fighting Vehicles. She subsequently worked for His Highness Sayyid Faher Bin Taimur Al Said, Minister of State for Defence & Security, in the Sultanate of Oman. Since returning to the UK, Kim has worked for industry analyst companies, the Hewson Group and IDC (prior to establishing CustomerClix).
Kim has a BA(Hons) from the University of Sunderland (achieved via attending night school) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College, University of London. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (and, thus, is a Chartered Marketer) and is a Member of the Institute of Analyst Relations.
Kim is a Member of Toastmasters International, a global organisation devoted to the art of public speaking. Consequently she is an Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG); is a Past President of London Corinthians Toastmasters Public Speaking club; a member of Excalibur Advanced Toastmasters Speakers Club; and was runner up in the UK & Ireland Public Speaking Championships 2006.
And, after much arm twisting, Kim dabbles in Stand Up Comedy.
Kim is a past Chairperson of the Carers Action Steering Group (a voluntary role) for the Carers Network Westminster (a charity).
