Kim Crosby, Managing Director, CustomerClix Ltd

 

Kim Crosby established CustomerClix to provide sensible Analyst Relations, training and consultancy solutions to customer-focused businesses.

Kim began her career working in the tourism and hotel sectors then changed industries, working for Vickers Defence Systems, high-technology designers and manufacturers of Armoured Fighting Vehicles. She subsequently worked for His Highness Sayyid Faher Bin Taimur Al Said, Minister of State for Defence & Security, in the Sultanate of Oman. Since returning to the UK, Kim has worked for industry analyst companies, the Hewson Group and IDC (prior to establishing CustomerClix).

Kim has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College, University of London, and a BA(Hons) from the University of Sunderland (achieved via attending night school). She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (and, thus, is a Chartered Marketer) and is a Member of the Institute of Analyst Relations.

Kim is a Member of Toastmasters International, a global organisation devoted to the art of public speaking. Consequently she is an Advanced Communicator; is a Past President of London Corinthians Toastmasters Public Speaking club; a member of Excalibur Advanced Speakers' Club; and was runner up in the UK and Ireland Public Speaking Championships 2006.

Kim is Chairperson of the Carers Action Steering Group, the Carers Network Westminster (a voluntary role).
