Roger Cox, Consultant, CustomerClix Ltd

Roger Cox is a Business Consultant with extensive experience of industry analysts, analysts relations and third party influencers in the IT services market.

Roger has over eight years experience as a leading analyst and advisor in IT services, and recently worked for the board of Atos Origin as Group Vice President of Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence. He led a world wide team of analyst relations and market intelligence specialists in Atos Origin resulting in improved analyst ratings, and double digit growth in the analysts and advisors recommending the company to potential customers.

Before joining Atos Origin Roger spent eight years at Gartner where he was a Vice President and Distinguished Analyst in Gartner Research, and the Managing Vice President of the Strategic Sourcing Practice in Gartner Consulting. Prior to Gartner, Roger worked for IBM Global Services as a bid manager on major, international outsourcing deals.

Roger began his career 34 years ago as a Civil Engineer and worked as a consultant, designer and project manager in the construction industry for 16 years. He has retained an interest in the construction industry and since 2003 has been an external advisor to Fletcher Priest Architects based in London, Cologne and Riga.

Roger has a B.Eng (1st.hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng), a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a Member of the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations.
