Payment
Reservations will only be accepted with full payment.
Amendments and cancellations
Transfers to a different date:
Customer Clix allows the transfer of one delegate to another session of the same course, provided that notice in writing is received at least 20 working days prior to the original course date. An amendment charge of £95 + VAT is payable. Within 20 working days, delegates will forfeit the full course fee.
Cancellations received more than 20 working days in advance of the course:
Payment will be reimbursed less £95 + VAT.
Cancellations received within 20 working days in advance of the course:
No refund given. However, a replacement delegate may attend in place of the original delegate without incurring an additional charge. No refunds are given for non-attendance.

Our Terms & Conditions of Booking apply to any organisation / individual that has reserved training with us.
Why
If we have held a space for a delegate, we could well have turned away business. Hence the need to charge an amendment / cancellation fee.
