Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
Knowing:
- Where are we now?
- Where do you want to be?
- How do we get there?
Will help to ensure arrival at our personal destination in life. Work is only one aspect of a Personal Development Plan (PDP). For example, in our personal life we may be undertaking voluntary work, or be active in a cause that we feel passionate about. Or have plans for the evolution of family life. Bringing all of these factions together in a directional way will help us to feel more fulfilled with our lives.

I submit to you that if a man hasn't discovered something he will die for, he isn't fit to live.
