- What is event management?
- Why are events and exhibitions organised?
- When should events take place?
- Where should events be sited?
- Who is the target audience?
- Who should be involved in the planning process?
- What is a critical path?
- The event experience
- Suppliers
- Negotiation
- Budget
- Return on Investment (ROI)
The course will analyse the pre-, during- and post-planning phases of an event and will examine the similarities and differences between exhibitions, conferences, events, Annual General Meetings, seminars, training courses and user group meetings.
