Analyst relations helpline

Manned by an Analyst Relations Consultant, previously employed by the Hewson Group and IDC, the analyst relations helpline provides sensible advice to vendors or agents communicating with the analyst community. Examples of advice provided include:

* How to deal with a specific analyst query
* How to advise the analyst community regarding a new product launch
* For agents, how best to pitch analyst relations to a vendor

A chunk of 5 hours is purchased by an organisation and up to four nominated users can contact the analyst relations' helpline, either by telephone or email. A log is kept of how much time has been used.
