Manned by ex-analysts, the Analyst Relations' helpline provides sensible advice to vendors or agents communicating with the analyst community. Examples of advice provided include (but is not limited to):
- How to deal with a specific analyst query
- How best to inform the analyst community about the launch of a new solution
- For agents, how best to pitch Analyst Relations to a vendor
A 5 hour slot is purchased by an organisation and up to four nominated users are then able to contact the Analyst Relations' helpline, either by telephone or email. A log is kept of how much time has been used.
